Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with Tracked Delivery. You will be emailed your
tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your items within 1 week of placing your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide however we may find difficulties shipping to some
countries. Please check our Policy for more information.
Can I change my delivery address?
We are unable to amend the delivery address after an order has been
placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery
information is true and accurate.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email:
coloraturadesigns.byemy@gmail.com or use the contact form. Please note, we will not
be able to cancel your order if it has already been picked, packed or
dispatched.
Can I change an item in my order?
Due to low stock, we are unable to amend items in your order after it
has been placed.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Our pieces are individually handmade by one person
and quality checked before shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to
accept returns unless the product is visibly faulty. In the rare case of
receiving a faulty item, please email us within 3 days of delivery:
coloraturadesigns.byemy@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
As all items are one-of-a-kind we are unable to offer exchanges.
Where and how are your items produced?
All of our wearable art is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted by the designer in Dubai. This means that no product is the same and provides our customers
with unique and special pieces made just for them.
How do I care for my Coloratura-designs products?
Care instructions may vary therefore each product comes with their own
Care Guide attached.
Do I need to pay custom fees / import charges?
Some orders may be subject to custom charges or
import duties upon shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to cover
these expenses as they vary widely. The customer is responsible for
these expenses.

Embroidery Art Fashion Fun
Coloratura Designs is the brand of handcrafted embroided bags, inspired by the bright colors of the world, nature and art.
It was founded in 2024 in Dubai. All one-of-a-kind pieces are created by the hands of fashion designer Emilia Devyashina, a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire.
The love of textures has always inspired the designer, and the multicultural bright Dubai, which is saturated with the colors of life, inspired Emilia so much and gave her a non-stop creative process opportunity. Each piece is unique and inimitable, with a unique name and embroidery materials.
The designer plans to create a line of clothes decorated with embroidery - stay tuned on the Instagram.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped using DHL. Shipping costs are shown upon
checking out.
We aim to have your items dispatched within 1 week of placing your

EUROPE:
International Tracked - Estimated delivery within 7-14 working days after
dispatch.

expenses as they vary widely. The customer is responsible for these
